FAQ
Q- How do i book you?
A- Send us a message with your date and venue and we will check our availability first, We will then let you know if we're available. We will send you our booking form, you then pay a booking deposit of £60 to secure your date, and that's it you're all booked.
Q- What are your hours?
A- We can set the party pen up to whenever you require it. Our working day is from 10am in the morning to 11.30pm. Collections must be no later than 10pm
​Q- Do you stay with the party pen?
A- No we do not stay. The children are your responsibility and must be under adult supervision whilst in the play pen once we have left.
Q- Can i hire it longer than 4 hours?
A- Yes, you can hire it for as long as you need. There is a fee of £20 per hour after the 4 hours.
Q- How many children are allowed in the party pen?
Q- How far do you deliver?
A- Up to 10 children
A- We deliver as far as you need us to. We charge a mileage fee if the area is not local to us.
Q- Can i have different coloured balls in the play pit?
A- Yes, we have mixed pasted shades, pale blue and pale pink. Just ask us.
